At SamlyaWear, we take pride in the clothing we make. Our goal is to get you the products you want fast, safely, and with care.


Order Processing

  • Cut-off Time for Orders: 5:00 PM (CST, GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago).

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Processing may take longer during holiday periods.


Shipping & Delivery Time

By default, we ship by express air. Some oversized products may be shipped via sea freight.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (may vary depending on your location).

  • We currently do not ship outside the United States.


Delivery & Tracking

  • You will receive an email notification when your order leaves our warehouse.

  • For FedEx / UPS / DHL shipments, tracking information will be included in your email.


Package Inspection & Damage Reporting

  • Check all items against the packing list.

  • If any items are missing or damaged, contact us promptly.

  • Do not discard the packaging until you confirm all items are correct and undamaged.


Shipping Delays

  • While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, unexpected delays may occur due to logistics or other factors.

  • If your shipment is delayed, please contact us at support@samlyawear.com, and we will promptly assist.


Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

  • SamlyaWear is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.


Taxes

  • All product prices include applicable taxes and fees.

  • You will not be charged extra beyond the displayed price.
