SamlyaWear Return & Exchange Policy

SamlyaWear is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 14 days cannot be processed.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items should be returned in their original packaging.

  • All items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, and undamaged.

  • Customized, personalized items, or items damaged/lost due to customer actions are non-refundable.

General Return Process

1. Initiate a Return

  • Send a photo or video of the item and packaging to support@samlyawear.com

  • Include your order number in the message

2. Return the Item

  • If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions

  • Please return the item in the same condition as you received it

3. Refund or Exchange

  • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days

  • After inspection, we will offer an exchange or refund

Return Fees

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover all shipping costs

  • For other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (usually $5–$50, depending on package weight). The original shipping fee will also be deducted from the refund. A flat shipping fee of $10 will be charged.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether the refund is approved

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days

  • If the returned item does not meet the refund conditions, we will contact you via email

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution

Order Cancellation

  • If you contact us before the item has shipped, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund

  • Once the item has shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may only return the item for a refund or exchange after delivery

Product Damage

  • If an item is damaged during transit or has a defect upon receipt, we will replace the part or product free of charge

  • Damage or loss caused by the customer is not eligible for a refund.
