SamlyaWear Return & Exchange Policy
SamlyaWear is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 14 days cannot be processed.
Return & Exchange Conditions

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Items should be returned in their original packaging.

All items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, and undamaged.

Customized, personalized items, or items damaged/lost due to customer actions are non-refundable.
General Return Process
1. Initiate a Return

Send a photo or video of the item and packaging to support@samlyawear.com

Include your order number in the message
2. Return the Item

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions

Please return the item in the same condition as you received it
3. Refund or Exchange

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected within 3β5 business days

After inspection, we will offer an exchange or refund
Return Fees

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover all shipping costs

For other returns, shipping costs are the customerβs responsibility (usually $5β$50, depending on package weight). The original shipping fee will also be deducted from the refund. A flat shipping fee of $10 will be charged.
Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether the refund is approved

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days

If the returned item does not meet the refund conditions, we will contact you via email

Refunds may take additional time to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution
Order Cancellation

If you contact us before the item has shipped, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund

Once the item has shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may only return the item for a refund or exchange after delivery
Product Damage

If an item is damaged during transit or has a defect upon receipt, we will replace the part or product free of charge

Damage or loss caused by the customer is not eligible for a refund.
